Calories come from the Mifflin-St Jeor equation multiplied by your activity level, then adjusted for your goal. Protein is set per kg of bodyweight, fat at 25% of calories (with a floor), and carbs fill the remainder. Logging your weight on the Progress tab keeps these up to date automatically.
AI estimates are good but not exact — especially for mixed or restaurant dishes, which are marked low confidence. Consistency matters more than precision: the same phrase always returns the same numbers.
